    Preferring a homebrew world setting and a "sandbox" style of play, the impulse is to go with the D&D trope of "if it's in D&D, it's in the world somewhere".even if that means there might be, say, ONE tribe left of a particular people or multiple clans/groups/settlements them, but only found in ONE area of the world. Not just PC available - though, certainly, include those - but I was thinking about the broader/larger world context.
